He works from his home near Zurich, surrounded by his two children—a 16-year-old son and a 21-year-old daughter—and his three small dogs, who always bring a smile to his face. He trains daily and continues to cycle. One hour of movement per day is his therapy. It centers him. Grounds him. It reminds him of the values he still lives by—values he now passes on to his team.
